Our dedicated pharmacy team checks your medicine several times to make sure it’s correct before posting out your order.
Our average time from order to delivery is 4 days. But to be sure, we recommend ordering 10 to 14 days ahead.
We’ll upgrade postage for urgent medicines to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no extra cost, or you can collect it at your local pharmacy.

LloydsDirect recognises the importance of keeping safe and secure the information collected about you. We have put in place effective security features. We use 256-AES SSL encryption to transfer your information between your phone and our servers. Access to this information is restricted to authorised people.
You can order medicine for others directly from your own account by logging in, selecting ‘Add another person’, and following the instructions on screen.
As a GPhC regulated pharmacy, we take great care when posting your medicine. We use secure, sustainable packaging and send your prescriptions with Royal Mail, the nation’s most trusted postal service. All of this at no extra cost to you or the NHS.
After letting us know what medicines you need, we’ll get in touch with your GP to confirm your order. Once they’ve checked it’s correct, they’ll send us an electronic prescription. We’ll then ask you to pay, unless you’re exempt.
Before signing up to LloydsDirect, you need to be registered with a GP in England.

Signing up is completely free. Once you’ve created your account, you can access it through our website or app at any time. You can also add family members and friends to your account, and order medicine for them too.
