Request and track NHS prescriptions for your children, parents, or anybody you help look after and we’ll deliver them to your chosen address for free.
How it works
1. Create a profile & request their prescription
(5 minutes) Quickly set up a profile by adding their details and GP surgery. Then, simply tell us what medicine they need, and we'll send their request directly to their GP on their behalf.
2. It’s approved and dispensed
(1-48 hours) Once their GP approves their request, usually within 48 hours, we’ll begin preparing their order. Our team will carefully check, dispense, and pack their items, aiming to dispense them within 2 days of approval.
3. We deliver it for free
(Within 48 hours from dispatch) Your items will be delivered for free to your door using Royal Mail’s 24hr or 48hr Tracked service, so you can follow your medicine’s journey.

FAQs
Yes. Patients added to your account can be at the same address as you, or at a different address. You’ll just need to make sure the address provided is the same one they are registered with at their GP surgery. You can set a delivery address of your choice for each patient profile too.
We’ll ask you for their:
Name, address, and date of birth
Their relationship to you
Their GP surgery details
Their NHS number if you know it
Their payment or exemption details
Your online safety and security are a top priority for us. All your personal information and the information of those you care for is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No, we contact them for you, ticking another thing off your to-do list. We always confirm the medicine you order with your GP. They review what you've ordered for yourself or your loved one, before sending us a prescription. We do this just in case you order something different by mistake.
No – from your Family Account, you can order medicine for a loved one directly from your own account by logging in, selecting ‘Add another person’, and following the instructions on screen.
